workout with me

If you are looking to train outside of the "box", you've come to the right place.
You won't find me in the gym or running on the treadmill (unless there's a snow storm) but you will find me outside having fun with my workouts; making runs along the lake and hills my treadmill workout, jumping up on benches and crawling across fields.

If you live in the Chicago area and would like to train with me check out:
Windy City Adventure Boot Camp is a fitness boot camp for women.
It's a fun, effective and challenging camp where women can enjoy fitness and push themselves to get stronger and more fit each day.  Camps are held outside in the Lakeview area April -March.  We move inside to a school gym December - March.  Yes, women are tough but let's face it, NO ONE wants to workout outside in Chicago winters...trust me, I've tried it!

Bow~Wow Boot Camp is the perfect place to get fit with your dog.
Many drills are run the same as in regular boot camp but at Bow~Wow we incorporate basic training and fitness for your dog.  For example; Run from cone 1 to cone 2, YOU do 10 push ups, run back to cone 1 and your dog will do 9 "doggy" push ups, run back and forth until you are down to 1 push up.  During this drill you just worked an interval of cardio & strength while your dog burned up some energy and learned how to do a "sit" & "down". What dog wouldn't love to get some exercise with their best friend!

Virtual Training is for everyone, in the Chicago area or around the world.  Virtual clients start off by sending me an email letting me know their goals, their current fitness level and what equipment they have at home, in the gym or outside.  I review the information and put together workouts for you to follow on your own.  We will have a phone conversation to make sure you understand the workouts and we are both on the right track.  I'll check in with you once a week to see how things are going.
More information coming soon!  There will also be a page showing how to properly do each exercise so your workout is safe and effective.
