About

Diana has been involved in the fitness industry since high school, building on exercise as a hobby and turning it into a lifestyle and career. Diana earned her B.S. in Sports Medicine for Athletic Training at the University of Akron and a Master’s of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix. She a NESTA certified Adventure Boot Camp instructor, trained in Yoga Fit and has over 10 years of experience in group fitness and personal training.

Diana opened Windy City Adventure Boot Camp in November, 2007.  WCBC is a fitness boot camp involving anything from fun partner workouts to agility drills to timed challenges.  Every day is a new workout to challenge your body and keep you from getting bored.
"Windy City Adventure Boot Camp is perfect for EVERY woman. If you are a busy mother or busy at the office you can still keep your fitness a priority everyday with this early morning camp!"

After years of volunteer work in animal shelters and coordinating pet adoption events she decided to find a way to merge her two passions. In the spring of 2012 Bow~Wow Boot Camp was created.  Her dogs have been her running buddies for many years.  Knowing how important it is for dogs to have regular exercise and how hard it can be for people to workout each day and find time to exercise their dog each day she found Bow~Wow Boot Camp to be the answer.  In a one hour boot camp class both people and dogs burn up energy and calories, get fit and have fun spending time together.  Bow~Wow is more than just a workout, dogs also learn the basics of sit, down, heel and place with specially planned drills combing fitness and training.

"There are so many fun ways to get healthy, everyone should find what they love and go for it!"
